Beyonce and Jay Z aren’t planning on giving up the Bel Air home. The family of five now have $300 million worth of California real estate.
Earlier this week, news broke that the Carters purchased a $200 million Malibu home. A historic purchase because it set a record in the state of California for the most expensive home ever sold.
Apparently, sources told TMZ the famous couple likes options and will have the 30,000-square-foot Malibu mansion serve as a weekend home- at least for now. And they plan on staying at the Bel-Air home because it’s close to their children’s schools and friends.
However, down the line, they plan to make the Malibu pad their primary home. There’s no indication if they’ll sell the Bel-Air property.
