Erykah Badu Speaks On Blueface Video Featuring Pregnant Women, Asks Universe To ‘DO ITS THING’, His Mother Responds

Singer Erykah Badu doesn’t seem to be a fan of Blueface and it seems like his latest video is what tipped the scale causing her to speak.

On Friday, Badu posted to her Instagram stories what appeared to be a behind-the-scenes video of the “Thotiana” rapper’s latest photoshoot, which featured a series of pregnant women.

The “Tyrone” singer let it be known that she wasn’t feeling Blueface’s antics and called on a higher power to handle it.

“He’s trash, Universe do your thing,” the singer captioned under the video.

But the rapper’s mother jumped to his defense on Instagram when she found out about Erykah Badu’s post and immediately took to her stories to address her.

“Did this heffa just use the Universe against a child of God? Are we watching this shit here?” she wrote. “But ain’t nobody says nothing when she was paying for Tyrone, his cousins, and his homeboys way…”

Blueface has been on a roll lately. His questionable photoshoot is just one of his latest shenanigans. On Friday, he raved about his baby’s mom Jaidyn Alexis despite allegedly expecting a baby with Chrisean Rock.

“Let’s keep showing love to Jaidyn tho that’s really a solid female fr might have to marry her that one really mine fr,” he wrote, adding: “Don’t worry about it tho ima make y’all look up to jaidyn just like I made y’all look up to the last one.”

“Jaidyn my main anything else is a side don’t ever confuse that or play with her name on sY…Imagine the most disrespectful N-gga on earth respecting you Jaidyn got the W.”

The rapper continues to catch heat for his lack of regard when it comes to women.

As for Badu and her summons of higher powers to handle Blueface, well only time will tell.

She once told Tamron Hall that mystic powers aren’t outside her realm of possibilities. “That’s why I try to wear a hat,” Badu said. “‘Cause I don’t know what’s happening.” She then added that she’s single, and said her superpowers don’t just apply to men.

“Women too,” she continued, “and children and animals. Any living, breathing thing … I think it is indescribable, and the bedroom that’s not where you’re gonna find it because my magic doesn’t lie between my thighs it lies between my ears.”
