Amid his recovery efforts, Jamie Foxx generously gifts his Texas hometown with a brand-new basketball court.

While fans continue to express their well wishes and speedy recovery hopes for Foxx, the seasoned actor is bringing some joy by presenting a fresh basketball court to his hometown of Terrell, Texas, last month.

“Look what’s new at Breezy Hill Park! Let’s play ball! A shoutout to Jamie Foxx and Gilbert Willie Charities for making this awesome court possible,” the City of Terrell said in a Facebook post.

The recently unveiled basketball court features a striking red and black design, adorned with the inscription “Foxx Hole. Believe [and] achieve” along with a prominent tiger logo at its center. Additionally, the words “Terrell Fighting Tigers” are prominently displayed on the layout.

Nevertheless, Foxx’s attendance at the event remains uncertain. As mentioned before, his eldest daughter disclosed that he had been hospitalized and was in the process of recuperating from an undisclosed medical condition. She subsequently shared that he had been discharged, although specific information has been limited.
