Kim Zolciak recently defended herself against her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, who said she constantly talks in an “abusive” and “derogatory tone” about the divorce when they’re all around.
Kim’s attorney, David Beaudry, issued an exclusive statement to TMZ Tuesday, telling the outlet Kroy’s attempt to tarnish Kim as a parent is both misleading and harmful to all involved, especially their young kids.
“The emotional and mental abuse Kim has suffered from this man for so many years has taken a toll on her and, most heartbreakingly, their children. Kim has always been an extremely devoted mother to her children; they are her entire world and she is always there to love and support them every step of the way.”
“She refuses to allow Kroy to paint her as something she is not for his own gain. Kim looks forward to the day we can appear in court and solve these issues once and for all,” he finished.
Kroy filed legal documents earlier this week claiming he was concerned his estranged wife may go on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” and talk about their divorce.
He said his focus is on protecting their four children and asked the court to set up some sort of protection on their behalf while the divorce goes forward.
The couple’s divorce has been messy, to say the least, with both of them bringing up allegations against one another.
