TMZ has acquired footage of Conor McGregor allegedly leading his rape victim to a bathroom where she claims he sexually assaulted her.
The video was captured around midnight after the NBA Finals on June 10 inside the Miami Kaseya Center.
McGregor, who is dressed in a black t-shirt, is shown leaving a bathroom to talk to a woman wearing a white shirt.
The two appear to speak briefly before he takes her hand and directs her back to the restroom near the end of the clip.
In a demand letter earlier this week, the accuser’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, claimed that Miami Heat and NBA security “physically forced” the accuser into the bathroom, where McGregor then raped her as security prevented her from leaving or letting her friend enter with her.
However, the video doesn’t show the accuser being forced into the bathroom, but it does show three men, who appear to be security, standing in front of the door to prevent others from entering.
Mitchell claims that soon before the video was taken, McGregor’s accuser and the UFC fighter were out having fun at a club inside the NBA arena before one of his friends said to her, “Conor told me to come to get you.”
McGregor’s lawyer, Barbara R. Llanes, told TMZ that “After the video was released by TMZ, the claimant’s lawyer now has changed her story. Mr. McGregor welcomes the investigation, which he firmly believes will show the claims against him are false. After not responding to the demand for money made by claimant’s counsel, she turned to the media to apply pressure. This is no more than a shakedown.”
So far, the UFC fighter has denied all accusations.
On Thursday his rep said, “The allegations are false. Mr. McGregor will not be intimidated.”
