In a video obtained by TMZ, the home in Las Vegas linked to the Tupac Shakur murder case was surrounded by police lights during a late-night SWAT operation.
The footage shows Vegas Metro PD arriving at the home in Henderson, NV, around 10 PM, urging the occupants to surrender peacefully.
In the video, you can hear an officer talking through a megaphone, telling a woman to drop her cigarettes and comply with his demands. Later, an officer is then seen instructing a man to turn around, raise his hands, and walk backward.
The status of these two individuals, whether they were the sole occupants and if they were detained or arrested during the operation, remains uncertain.
According to an ABC News report, police executed a search warrant to seize hard drives and photos of possible suspects in Tupac Shakur’s murder. The reason for obtaining the warrant has not been revealed.
TMZ reported that Las Vegas cops conducted a raid on a home owned by Paula Clemons, the wife of former Crip member Keefe D.
Keefe D has claimed that his nephew, Orlando Anderson, fired the fatal shots at Tupac Shakur in 1996 and that he was present in the car at the time.
The current residents of the house raided in Henderson are not confirmed to be Paula or Keefe. Neighbors have described them as friendly with no suspicious behavior.
TMZ reports that police were at the address for approximately 2 hours conducting the search, and the main unanswered question remains whether they found anything that could help solve Tupac’s murder.
