Baller Alert, Baller Alert, Baller Alert. Welcome to another episode of The Baller Alert Show, available everywhere you get your podcast. On this episode, the cast is joined by Pleasure P to discuss Pretty Ricky’s bad contract, being broke, writing for Lil Wayne and Falynn.

“For the people who don’t know, who is Marcus Cooper?” asked OCT.

“From a musical background. My parents were both in music. They were in the band together,” said Pleasure P.

“How long have you been singing?” asked Ferrari.

“Since I was nine. The first song I started singing was I would never lie. I wanted to be like Immature,” said Pleasure P.

“Was your name always Pleasure P?” asked OCT.

“Naw, my first artist name was Pretty Boy. Then it was like nah. I needed to do something different. People said I gave pleasure and my friends called me P, so I stuck with Pleasure P,” said Pleasure P.

Pleasure P shared that he wrote many songs while in Juve.

“I was bad as a juvenile so I went to a juvenile prison shortly. I wrote Feel The Rush and Age Ain’t Nothing But a Number. When I got out, I was looking for a label, and I was shopping my stuff. People knew my stuff in school,” said Pleasure P.

Pleasure P shared that he met Spectacular and Baby Blue’s father, who took him to the studio, where they recorded Grind on Me.

“Where did Pretty Ricky come from?” asked OCT.

“Pretty Ricky is like our older brother. He put too much money in the group.” said Pleasure P.

“Did you think you guys would be big when y’all came out?” asked BT.

“We were already stars, running from girls.” said Pleasure P.

Pleasure P shared that egos began to fly during the drop of their album Late Night Special.

“I just wanted my money man,” said Pleasure P.

He shared that he confronted Spectacular and Baby Blue’s father regarding his money.

“I ran into Brian McKinnie, he’s a football player. He had just signed a 70 million dollar deal with the Vikings.” said Pleasure P. We started a record label called Swag Entertainment.

Pleasure P shares that Brian McKinnie bought him out of his deal.

Pleasure P announced that he will be going on tour with Mario and Neyo starting September 9th.

“When Ray J was hitting them notes, his were you feeling?” asked Ray J.

“I was backing him up. That’s my brother,” said Pleasure P.
Pleasure P denied rumors that he’s dating Falynn.
