Kroy Biermann Is Hell-Bent On Divorcing Kim Zolciak Despite Her Claims Of Reconciling Again

There seems to be a major disconnect between Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak regarding whether or not they actually want to break up.

Days ago, the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star told her Instagram followers that she was actually not getting divorced despite the former NFL pro filing for a second time in late August. In an Instagram Story post, Zolciak shared an image of her closet, writing, “Been working on our marriage and have been living together as husband and wife. The lies daily are too much.” However, it looks like Biermann hasn’t gotten the memo and is pushing forward with separating from the influencer.

“He is moving forward and will be attending their upcoming status conference in which he will be asking the court to order the sale of the marital residence,” Biermann’s attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, revealed to RadarOnline on Monday. 

Per the most recent divorce petition, the ex-NFL pro is seeking full custody of their four children: 12-year-old Kroy Jr., 11-year-old Kash, and 9-year-old twins Kaia and Kane. Biermann adopted Zolciak’s two adult children, Brielle and Ariana, who took on his last name. Additionally, Biermann is seeking child support and alimony from Zolciak, whom he claims forced the family into financial ruin with her spending habits. He is also requesting that a judge allow them to sell their Georgia home to pay off much of their debts, though it seems Zolciak has no interest in leaving her mansion. 

Despite rumors of Zolciak returning to “Real Housewives of Atlanta” after a brief cameo in season 15, the former nurse has said she is not planning to return to the franchise. Show producer Andy Cohen has not confirmed her return. However, he did speak to her financial woes during a May taping of SiriusXM’s Radio Andy, questioning why she was wasting funds even when Biermann left the NFL.

Drama of this magnitude seems fit for the Bravo cameras.
