Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Yung Joc is being sued by his ex, Carla Daniels, for child support for their twins, Camora and Cadence.
According to Carla, “There has been a substantial increase in [Joc’s] gross income from all sources, as well as a substantial change in the financial needs of the parties’ minor children.”
The lawsuit says she is pushing for increased child support, considering Joc’s total income. Furthermore, she’s asking for an increase in his contribution to medical and dental costs. She’s also requesting he cover all legal fees.
So far, Joc has denied all allegations and opposed increasing child support.
A November hearing has reportedly been set.
