“Love Is Blind” season 4 star Jackelina “Jackie” Bonds is mourning the ending of her relationship with co-star Josh Demas.
According to People, the contestant went live on Instagram, which was captured by reality TV TikToker Reality Monica. During the session, Bonds confirmed the discouraging news to her over 170,000 followers. She explained that Demas dumped her after she spoke with his ex-fiancé, Monica Rodriguez, during the “Love Is Blind: After the Altar” special. Demas had asked Bonds not to talk to Rodriguez, who he deemed to be a “clout chaser.” While this was something Bonds did not see as a big issue, she admits she is now “sick about it.”
“I was like, ‘Damn, I had all these life plans with you, you know? And then you just don’t even care,’ and I’m like, that’s crazy, over a conversation with somebody?” she said as she did her makeup in front of the camera.
She didn’t elaborate on what aspect of the conversation didn’t sit well with Demas. However, the 27-year-old did attempt to make things right. Unfortunately, she decided to give up once she realized she looked like a “begging a** b****” while trying to reconcile things.
Demas’s Instagram profile is private, but Bonds still has a handful of photos of them together on her page. He has not spoken publicly about the split, which coincidentally arrives just two weeks after “Love Is Blind: After the Altar” premiered on Netflix.
