Drake Confirms 21 Savage Obtained His Green Card

Drake just confirmed that 21 Savage has obtained his Green Card, putting an end to his long immigration battle.

Early Thursday, Drake dropped the video to his song “8 AM in Charlotte,” which revealed 21 Savage’s green card status.

“Savage got a green card straight out of the consulate. Where I go, you go, brother, we Yugoslavian,” he rapped.

Now that 21 Savage has a green card, he can join Drake’s shows in Canada, which was previously hindered due to his immigration status.

Back in 2019, 21 Savage was detained by ICE, revealing he was from the UK and had been living in the US illegally since his Visa expired.
