Nipsey Hussle‘s estate and inheritance for his 14-year-old daughter will be managed by his mother, brother, and sister.

The child’s mother, Tanisha Foster, did not receive control, as ruled by a judge.

RadarOnline reported that in a recent court hearing, Nipsey’s mother, Angelique, his brother, Sam, and sister, Samantha, were named co-guardians of his 14-year-old daughter’s $2 million+ inheritance, resolving a family dispute.

Following Nipsey’s passing in 2019, his $4 million estate will benefit his two children, Emani and Kross. His brother, Sam, will manage the estate, anticipating an annual income of $4.7 million.

A judge granted his family physical custody of Emani due to concerns that Tanisha was unfit to care for the child.

In 2021, Tanisha requested the return of custody to her and the dismissal of the guardianship petition. She argued that Nipsey’s family lacks the necessary financial expertise and has shown “favor of Lauren London” and “such attitude may impact the ability of the [family] to carry out their fiduciary duties as guardian of the estate of Emani.”

Initially, Tanisha agreed to revisit custody but was taken to court by the family.

Despite her objection, the court ruled in favor of the family, making them co-guardians and canceling the upcoming trial.
