It was revealed within court documents Tuesday that ex-Raider Chandler Jones was arrested again for violating a temporary protection order.
This marks the second time in two weeks.
Chandler was previously arrested in late September on that same charge and released on a $15,000 bond. At that time, he was also placed on non-football illness leave, and as a result, the Oakland Raiders promptly released him. On Wednesday, he was released from custody and took to Instagram to inform his fans that he was out, while also requesting their prayers.
“Fresh out of jail again,” Jones said in the IG story. “Ya’ll pray for me.”
Jones’ questionable behavior over the past two months has raised concerns about his mental health. Many fans are hopeful that Jones can make a positive turnaround.
