Trey Songz is being sued by two women accusing him of nonconsensual sexual acts during a 2015 house party at his Los Angeles-area estate.
According to TMZ, the women first met Songz in June 2015 at one of his concerts and were invited to an after-party. They later had further interactions, which led to him inviting them to his home for his birthday celebration.
When they arrived at Trey Songz’s home, the women were instructed to give up their phones and passwords for entry. Inside, they saw mostly women and a few men.
They claim they were pushed to drink from unsealed bottles that made them feel suddenly and severely intoxicated, suspecting they were drugged. The women say Songz escorted them to his room, where they later passed out on the bed.
The next day, the women say they woke up naked to Songz’s naked body forcing himself on them.
According to reports, he overpowered one of the victims and gave her nonconsensual oral sex. The other woman says she woke to Songz biting her nipples while sticking his fingers inside her vagina.
The lawsuit then alleged Trey demanded the women shower after the sexual attacks, but they refused, leading to his anger. He yelled, “You are little f*cking girls, get the f*ck out of my house.”
When the women tried to leave, Trey withheld their phones. Shortly after, a security guard helped them retrieve their phones, and they called an Uber.
This isn’t the first time Songz has been accused of sexual assault.
According to his attorney, Michael Freedman, “This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new lookback window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”
The women are suing Trey for lasting injuries and damages from the incident.
