Actor Marlon Wayans is speaking out after receiving a citation for disturbing the peace at an airport earlier this year.
The “White Chicks” star wants it dismissed and has gotten his attorney involved to do so.
Wayans claims he was racially targeted by a United Airlines agent at the Denver airport back in June and says because of that, his reaction was justified.
Last summer, Wayans was removed from a flight headed to Kansas City after he and the agent had a confrontation over the actor carrying three bags, which he tried to consolidate into two.
His attorney has also pointed out that several white passengers had three bags and were allowed to board the plane while his client did not, TMZ reported.
Marlon received a citation from the heated exchange.
