Cardi B and Tasha K seem to be in a much more forgiving mood with one another.
Both ladies used their platforms to speak on their ongoing issues recently. If you recall, Cardi B won a defamation lawsuit against the YouTuber over false claims she made on her channel. Tasha still owes the “Bongos” star over $3.4 million in the case. While Cardi has been dragging Tasha for months over her money, they both seem to be having a change of heart. In an Instagram Live session, Tasha said she was ready to put the drama behind her. She even shared her wish for Nicki Minaj and Belcalis to have a kumbaya moment, which Nicki was not happy about. Tasha also revealed that when the “Pink Friday” superstar wanted her to sign an NDA, that made her think differently of Cardi.
“I said, ‘if I sign this lifelong type til death do us part, even afterlife NDA, I might as well not go to court with Cardi,” Tasha reflected.
While Cardi didn’t comment on Tasha’s stance on her and Onika, she did allude that she may be willing to stop hounding the content creator for the court-ordered judgment.
“I’m not going to make decisions right away about things…because I got burned so many times in life,” Cardi shared in Twitter Spaces. She said that instead of seeking advice from her friends and husband, she is going to ask her mother what she should do about her feud with Tasha.
Despite their beef, Tasha recently contacted Cardi after she expressed suicidal thoughts on social media following a spat with a fan. All of this is a far cry from where the women started, and hopefully, they can one day have a face-to-face conversation.
