The Atlanta rapper didn’t start at the top of the charts, but he’s there now. He also didn’t forget where he came from. Lil Baby recently posted on his Instagram story the work he put in before he shot to the height of his career.
The “Freestyle” rapper recapped by sharing a spreadsheet of what he was paid for performances he did in 2017, a significant difference from what he gets paid nowadays.
“Stay down keep grinding” his caption reads, suggesting to his fans that their hard work will pay off eventually.
The spreadsheet ranged from prices starting at $2,500 to $5,500, with some fans pointing out Baby was paid low in his hometown. “
“His hometown Atl paid him the least meanwhile every other city showed the most love. Crazy,” one fan said.
Regardless, Baby who reportedly makes $200,000 or more a show.
