The Sun released a set of photos on Tuesday showcasing the $1.5 million estate that Kanye West purchased from Cornerstone Christian Church in the Northridge neighborhood in March. The pictures reveal that the structure is currently deteriorating, with shopping carts and broken furniture scattered in the vicinity. The interior condition remains undisclosed, as the premises have been entirely boarded up.
“I had no idea Kanye bought it but,” a nearby resident said. “It’s not a good look for the neighborhood, he needs to clean it up, you don’t want a bum breaking in and living there.”
Throughout the year, the enrollment at the academy has significantly declined, mirroring his reputation. This decline was triggered by his openly antisemitic remarks last year, among numerous other controversies. Nevertheless, individuals close to Kanye say he remains committed to the institution and has no intentions of discontinuing it.
