Ghislaine Maxwell‘s lawyer is calling out the discrepancies in the claims made by Prince Andrew’s alleged victim.
Attorney Philip Barden says accuser Virginia Giuffre has changed her story, and it’s obviously not adding up.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Barden says the alleged victim lied, and the proof is in her changing story about the alleged encounter she had with Prince Andrew.
Giuffre claimed in 2014 that she didn’t have sex with the Duke of York, but then said she did have sex with him “in what can only be described as a very small bathtub, too small for a man of Prince Andrew’s size to enjoy a bath in let alone sex.”
“She was either lying when she said they did not have sex or when she said they did.”
Giuffre, who was 17 at the time of the encounter, claimed the sexual assault started in Maxwell’s tub before it carried over to the bedroom.
Prince Andrew has since settled the lawsuit with Giuffre but has denied her allegations.
