Keke Palmer had a win in court when a judge denied her ex-boyfriend’s brother’s request for a restraining order against her.
Sarunas Jackson, the brother of Darius Jackson, who is Palmer’s ex and child’s father, attempted to get a temporary restraining order against the actress over allegations of harassment, but a judge denied his petition.
Radar Online reported on Monday that Sarunas moved for a restraining order against Keke and her mother Sharon. In his filing, the Insecure star referred to Keke as “my brother’s ex-GF & mother of his child” and accused her of making false accusations against him.
Sarunas also alleged that Keke “has made foul claims that I have sexual abuse claims on me when I do not. I have never done such a thing. She has gone to the media & has used her celebrity to publicity lie on my family & myself.”
He also said that she has “harassed & stalked my friends & family social media. She has reached out to people in relation to me to lie on me & my family. Has caused career damage.”
In his court filing, he made demands that Palmer not be able to harass him or speak about him or his family publicly. He also wanted the judge to order her to stay 150 yards away, Radar Online reported.
“She has lied time & time again and has tried to lure people around me into her web of lies.”
