Blac Chyna is glad to be putting the custody battle with ex-fiance Tyga behind her.

The former dancer finally opened up about the end of her legal battle with the “Rack City” rapper. If you recall, the two were going at it in court over the parental schedule for their son, King. Chyna felt that Tyga was unfairly limiting her time with King and keeping her out of the loop with many of his day-to-day happenings. Thankfully, those days are behind her.

“I fought my way through it. It’s done. I’m so excited. You have no idea. [It’s working] splendid. I’m in a better place, my kids. Having a structure for me and stability for me, is everything for me. Now everything else is going to trickle down because our foundation is strong,” she shared with Entertainment Tonight.

Under the new custody agreement, which was finalized last month, both Chyna and Tyga now share legal and physical custody of King. The child will now spend Monday through Friday with his father, while Chyna will take Friday through Monday. Tyga won’t be required to pay child support, which Chyna once requested. The couple will jointly make decisions regarding their son’s health, education, and overall well-being. To ensure both parents are working together, they now use a court-appointed app to communicate about King. Chyna is happy about the structured arrangement.

“I just want time with my kids. And by all means, if I’m going to have to go to court and fight for it, that’s just what I’m going to do,” she added.
