Benzino says to give it up on the neck jokes already.
In a snippet from an upcoming episode of Drink Champs, Benzino addressed his insecurities about those who make jokes about him, calling them “idiotic” because everyone has a neck.
In the clip, the rapper shows off his neck and then says he just so happens to have a large neck. He mentioned Shannon Sharpe, who he says also has one but doesn’t endure the jokes that he does.
“N***a’s wanna talk about my neck…I got a f*****g neck, everybody has a f****g neck,” Benzino says in the clip below. “It’s where the f*****g head sits, you stupid idiotic motherf****s. Shannon Sharpe don’t got a neck like Shannon Sharpe’s neck as big as me; y’all don’t say nothing to Shannon Sharpe. You been to Club Shay Shay? Well, this n***a’s neck is as big as mine, and y’all don’t say nothing about him.”
Unless you’ve lived under a rock, you have heard the jokes about Benzino’s neck, but as of recently, even Eminem joked about it in his diss titled “Doomsday Pt. 2.”
“Now I got a riddle (What?) one condition, you mustn’t laugh (Okay)/What is the opposite of Benzino? (Uh, what?) A giraffe (Haha)/’Go at his neck,’ how the f*** is that? Benzino dissed Eminem on his own on the song “Vulturius.”
He rapped: “Candy-a** Eminem, b****-ass feminine/Mad he lack melanin, all Valium’d up again/Awe shit, here we go, Benzino vs. Jim Crow/Know a custy when I see one, how many times you overdose?”
