90 Day Fiancé star Michael Ilesanmi has resurfaced after his wife, Angela Deem reported him missing in Georgia.
The Nigerian native vanished on Friday after Deem went to a local store. When she returned, Ilesanmi was nowhere to be found. He left behind his passport and phone, which caused panic. Initially, a BOLO (be on the lookout) was put out. However, authorities eventually upgraded it to a missing person report. In a welcoming yet shocking turn of events, Ilesanmi resurfaced days later.
According to Youtuber and friend of Deem’s, John Yates, Ilesanmi contacted the police himself to report that he was safe but claimed he fled for his own safety. Ilesanmi allegedly stated that he feared for his life, but it’s unclear why. He also used a burner phone and requested that his location be kept private from Deem.

Ilesanmi has not spoken out about the issue. Still, news of his disappearance prompted widespread concern from fans, who’ve watched the couple’s journey since 2018 when they first appeared in season two of “90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days.” The two met online and began an online relationship before Deem flew to meet him in Nigeria. Since then, viewers have watched as they struggled to get Ilesanmi to America, with multiple roadblocks hindering their K1 Visa process. Finally, Ilesanmi arrived in the U.S. in December, going missing just two months later.
Thankfully, he was found safe and sound.
