Porsha Williams Demands That Simon Guobadia Keep All Financial Docs & Pay Her Lawyer Fees As Divorce Proceeds

Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia’s divorce is heating up, and she is demanding that her husband keep all of his financial records.

In newly filed court records, Williams is requesting that the Atlanta businessman maintain all records, including tax documents, income forms, bank statements, and any other evidence of his money. It seems that Williams is looking to leave the marriage with the cash she came with, as she also asks that their prenuptial agreement be honored in the divorce. Both signed the document on November 17th, 2022, outlining that each maintains the property and money they entered the marriage with. Additionally, Williams is asking that her soon-to-be ex-husband cover her legal bills.

Neither Williams nor Guobadia has detailed why their marriage suddenly deteriorated, though it coincides with his mounting legal troubles. It has recently been revealed that Guobadia is fighting an immigration case and has also been sued by a private jet company for failing to pay his timeshare bill on the aircraft. It’s unknown how much of this Williams was privy to, but just days before the divorce filing, the couple was enjoying time in Dubai. Nevertheless, Williams has stated in the court documents that she and Guobadia are “living in a bona fide state of separation,” and their marriage is “irretrievably broken” with zero chance of reconciling.

The reality star is likely saving the juiciest details of her split for the Bravo cameras for the forthcoming season 16 of “Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
