Miami will soon have a new Mercedes-Benz-inspired condo building to join the many other luxury towers within the downtown area.
The tower, which is being constructed by JDS Development, is just the latest from a luxury car brand. Porsche, Bentley, and Aston Martin have all previously announced plans to make their mark in the South Florida real estate market. Possible residents eyeing the 791-unit Mercedes-Benz property can expect a wide range of amenities in the building, such as a health and fitness center, 174 hotel rooms, and plenty of parking. Studios ranging from $550,000 to three-bedrooms starting at $4 million will be available for purchase. Penthouses will also be included, though it’s unclear how much those will be priced. Each condo will consist of stunning panoramic vistas of Miami, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean.
Mercedes-Benz’s prestigious design team is working hard to design homes that mirror the luxury seen in their vehicles. They have decided to construct the 67-story building with a “stacked-box” design, a testament to their attention to detail and technical advancements.
“Our branded real-estate venture in Miami embodies the strategy behind Mercedes-Benz Places,” Eva Wiese, head of Mercedes-Benz Customer Solutions GmbH, explained in a statement. She is also helping lead the initiative alongside Michael Stern and Mercedes-Benz. “We want to develop exclusive residences with our partner that are undeniably Mercedes-Benz and create a new mode of urban living with vibrant communities.”
Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami is expected to open its doors in 2027 in the Brickell neighborhood.
