Saucy Santana is not here for Gilbert Arenas’s recent comment.
In a live episode of the “No Chill with Gilbert Arenas” podcast featuring former LA Lakers guard Nick Young, Arenas sparked controversy with his reaction upon learning that Young was friends with Saucy Santana.
“Oh hell no. That’s your dawg? Hell no. Come on man,” Arenas said. “Not this. That ain’t no rapper. Stop it. That was your roommate? Come on dawg. That’s your dawg huh? Nick, I know you paid for that.”
Arenas persisted in ridiculing Santana and Young’s friendship with increasingly exaggerated scenarios. However, Santana quickly became aware of Arenas’s remarks and countered with his own clapbacks.
“I really be having to check these n*ggas,” Santana said. “What the f*ck is funny about a straight man saying he cool with me? I’m one of the realest n*ggas you’ll ever f*cking meet. And once ya’ll n*ggas retire from basketball … SIT DOWN & STFU!!!!”
Additionally, Santana doubled down on his statements with a follow up video.
“I don’t know what the f*ck was funny when you talking to Nick. You laughing, ‘Oh haha, he your homeboy. He not a rapper.’ B*tch I am a motherf*cking rapper. That’s how I make most of my motherf*cking money.”

Young initially brought up Santana’s name while discussing the filming of the series “College Hill,” noting him as one of the cast members and a close friend. However, when Arenas saw Santana’s twerking video, he burst into laughter and started mocking Young for his friendship with the Florida rapper.
“You know the reason why he said my name first, cause I was the realist n*gga in the whole motherf*cking house,” Santana said. “You laughing cause a straight n*gga said he was cool with a gay dude and making jokes about us sleeping in the same bed. Cut the weirdo sh*t out. You want to be in my motherf*cking bed.”
