Meek Mill and Akademiks are once again going back and forth on social media, this time over the rapper’s future philanthropic efforts.
The Dream Chasers’ founder took to Twitter to detail upcoming measures regarding his plans to help his hometown.
“Ima do a public contract with the city of Philadelphia where 10% of my music earnings go to the city of Philadelphia to combat gun violence in our city… ima start this movement! PIP PHAT GEEZ. I wanna do in contract the city of Philadelphia,” he tweeted.

Akademiks jumped into the conversation and wasted no time slamming Meek. According to the live streamer, the “Whatever I Want” rapper is a hypocrite of sorts for rapping about violence while claiming to want to help his community.
“Rap about Gun Violence to increase violence in the inner cities by 400% then pledge a measly 10% of your earnings from said rapping to combat the same violence your music just promoted… Wow, this guy is a saint,” Ak stated.

The media personality continued, further going on in Meek for being an “activist in the daytime” and a “villain at night.”
Meek Mill think he can be a Activist in the daytime… and Villain at night… Nigga must think Philly is Gotham City.

The two have been in a nasty Twitter feud for weeks, which started when Meek was mentioned in one of Diddy’s recent sexual assault lawsuits. Meek went on a rampage against Ak, even claiming he would pull up on the DJ.
