R. Kelly addresses the raids on Diddy’s homes and sends a warning to anyone cracking jokes about the situation.
The singer recently joined Clubhouse via phone call with Wack 100. During the conversation, Kelly expressed his opinions on the controversy and criticized both the investigation and the reactions of others.
“The sh*t is crazy. Motherf*ckers out there laughing and making comedian jokes and doing all the other sh*t on the radio and everything else, but they a** could be next,” he said. “That’s what’s so f*cked up about. They so st*pid they don’t even realize the moves that’s going on. I don’t believe none of this sh*t. You could tell me about Puffy, you could about anybody. You could tell me on the news, the weather, the sky is blue, I’m not gonna believe the sh*t. Cause I’m in it now, and I know what they did.”
Kelly is currently serving time in prison for offenses similar to those Diddy is accused of, such as sex trafficking and inappropriate acts with a child.
However, he’s not the only incarcerated person to comment on Diddy’s situation. Suge Knight, another convicted felon, has also recently shared his thoughts on the raids.
It’s a bad day for hip hop, for the culture, for Black people,” Suge said. “‘Cause when one look bad, we all look bad… That’s definitely nothing to cheer about. I’ll tell you what Puffy, you’re life is in danger. You know they’re gonna get you if they can.”
Homeland Security recently conducted raids on two of Diddy’s residences as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation. Since then, he has faced heightened scrutiny, with social media users and some of his peers weighing in.

‘They’ can’t stand seeing blacks that are successful. We have to keep our noses clean and our backs covered at all times. Keep your head up, Diddy.
