Magazine Fab: Solange Knowles, Ledisi, and Erykah Badu On The Cover Of Essence’s ‘Natural Beauty” Issue

Beauty, Hair, and Natural describes Essence’s May Magazine Covers. Essence is celebrating black natural hair in their May 2014 issue, and have chosen three natural beauties for their cover! My fashion icon, Solange Knowles, Ledisi, and Erykah Badu are all on three separate covers.

The ladies are embracing the fros and locs which describes “Black Hair Now!”

Solange’s magazine Highlight:

“We all have the option of how we want to express ourselves through our life, hair, style or whatever we decide. We shouldn’t be pigeonholed into any one category,”
