‘EGOT’ is trending on X following the announcement that Blue Ivy Carter will be starring alongside her mother, Beyoncé, in the upcoming Lion King prequel, Mufasa.
On Monday, Disney confirmed Blue Ivy’s role as Kiara, the daughter of Simba and Nala, with Donald Glover and Beyoncé reprising their roles.
Blue has already achieved significant milestones, including winning her first Grammy in 2021, as well as earning accolades such as a BET Award, an MTV VMA, and an NAACP Image Award. Additionally, she has made her mark on the Billboard charts.
Many fans took to social media to express their excitement for Blue, speculating that she could achieve an EGOT before high school, given her early exposure to the entertainment industry, her talented parents, and her own blossoming potential and opportunities.
