Willie Jones Shades Fellow Country Music Artist Shaboozey for Lack of Representation in New Video

So far this year, we have seen shots being thrown from City Girls, Glorilla, Drake, Future, Metro Boomin, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, J. Cole, Taylor Swift and a few others.

Now it appears that a situation is brewing between country artist Willie Jones and Shaboozey after he gave has opinion on the singer getting the no. 1 spot on the Hot Country Songs Chart for his hit track “A Bar Song (Tipsy).”

Over on X, Jones shared a screenshot of an exchange between the two, in which he wrote: “Congrats to @ShaboozeysJeans on the number one but the off the porch is wack as hell… love the song tho.”

The screenshot read: “Congrats but I hope the YTS + the bee hive gone support me like they doin shaboozey lol cause yall seen all them in his video? Wasn’t not one (brown heart emoji) my boy was lookin like a fly in a milk bowl lol congrats though brother #cowboysliveforever.”

In response, Shaboozey said “you wanna do this here.”

“Shid you never pick up the phone you up now …” Jones replied.

Later, Jones returned to X to slightly backtrack on his comment while still maintaining a firm stance, “Bey** I was mad… still is it’s up ! ,” he wrote.
