Social Media Revisits Megan Thee Stallion’s “HISS” Track Amid Drake And Kendrick Lamar Beef

While folks are blaming Katt Williams for opening Pandora’s Box in the industry, others believe it was Megan Thee Stallion!

As you may know, many people are not fans of Drake right now, especially Rick Ross, Future, and Metro Boomin’. However, more recently, we have seen Kendrick Lamar have more smoke for the OVO founder than anyone else. In the past few days, Lamar has released a handful of diss tracks directed towards Drake and his latest record, “Not Like Us,” speaking on grooming allegations.

However, as the diss songs and debates continue, another conversation has emerged as social media users believe that Megan Thee Stallion may have kicked off the beef. Let’s flashback to January when Megan released her “HISS” single. At the time, the track made headlines after the Hot Girl rapper took shots at Tory Lanez and her ex-boyfriend Pardison Fontaine. Additionally, many people speculated that Megan also dissed Nicki Minaj, but now, folks are saying that parts of the song were actually aimed at Drake.

In her lyrics, Megan raps, “All these lil’ rap n*ggas so fraud (So fraud), Xanax be they hardest bars/These n*ggas hate on BBLs and be walkin’ ’round with the same scars (Ah), adding, “Cosplay gangsters, fake-a** accents/Posted in another n*gga hood like a bad b*tch (Where are you from?).”

This ongoing feud between Drake and Megan is no secret. The tension between the two rappers began after Drake’s public support for Tory Lanez, who was found guilty of shooting Megan in 2020, resulting in a 10-year prison sentence. Despite the severity of the incident and his apparent backing of Lanez, Drake’s stance on the situation did not sit well with Megan nor her supporters. Additionally, the animosity between the two intensified after Drake reportedly insulted Megan on his track “Circo Loco” and during live performances.
