Rapper Gloss Up is again speaking out about Hunxho and their brief relationship.
The Memphis rapper sat down with Streetz 94.5 Atlanta, where she explained how their collab track, “Come Here,” came about and the drama that ensued. According to Gloss, after recording the song and shooting the video, Hunxho did not want her to release the visual after learning she was dating someone. This would suggest that Hunxho may have been upset that Gloss moved on from their short fling. Gloss ignored his request and shared behind-the-scenes footage of her and Hunxho ahead of the release, showing the two appearing very close.
Touching on the subject of Keyshia Cole, with whom she had a public feud over Hunxho, the QC rapper shared that the singer grew concerned that her new boo and Gloss were still seeing one another. Gloss admitted she and Hunxho had stopped dating by the time Cole came about but were still connected. She is still confident that Hunxho would be there for her.
“I don’t have to do nothing but call him,” Gloss shared.
Cole previously called out Gloss after sharing images of Hunxho on her page as part of the “Come Here” rollout. The “Love” vocalist believed Gloss was being messy by calling Hunxho her “StinkaLink” in one of the images, despite knowing she was dating the 24-year-old artist.
Cole would deactivate her social media accounts soon after the exchange. Since then, she and Hunxho have been seen together on multiple occasions. Gloss is keeping her new man under wraps, but the two have been together since December 2023.
