Rapper Busta Rhymes has given the hip-hop industry an irreplaceable and distinctive rapping style that has kept us dancing for decades.

Fans were first introduced to his energetic stage presence and eccentric fashion sense in the early 1990s as a member of the group Leaders of the New School. After branching out on his own, Busta launched a successful solo career with his debut album “The Coming” in 1996, featuring the breakout hit “Woo Hah!! Got You All in Check.” The single was certified platinum, ushering in other singles, “It’s a Party” and “Do My Thing.”  His subsequent albums, including “When Disaster Strikes” and “Extinction Level Event: The Final World Front,” further solidified his reputation with additional hard-hitting singles such as “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See” and “Gimme Some More.” One of his biggest cultural moments came in the form of his 2005 banger, “Touch It,” which spawned a string of remixes and freestyles, with Mary J. Blige, Lloyd Banks, and Papoose all taking a stab at the beat. He has also been embraced by the younger generation, having been featured on Chris Brown’s “Look At Me Now.” He also got a feature from Kodak Black for their single, “Homage.”

As the rapper celebrates his 52nd birthday, here’s a list of the most Ballerific Busta tracks that have stood the test of time and will keep the party going for years to come.
