For getting kicked out of a Malibu anger management facility, thus violating parole, Chris Brown will be facing a month behind bars.Â
The R&B singer, who is still dealing with the consequences of his 2009 assault against Rihanna, took to a Los Angeles Superior court to determine his punishment for the actions leading up to his removal from anger management.Â
The judge said Chris had an “inability to stay out of trouble,”  and he may be right considering Chris is also facing assault charges in D.C. The judge was especially concerned about comments Chris made in anger management, specifically when he said he was really good at using guns and knives.Â
The trial for Chris’ DC case is set for April 17 while his probation violation case is set for April 23rd. He’ll have to sit in a Los Angeles jail until that time.Â
