Ray J Says Diddy Deserves A “Public Whipping” For Abusing Cassie: “1000 Lashes” [Video]

Ray J believes Diddy is due for severe punishment for what he put Cassie through.

Among the many thoughts expressed in his “Club Shay Shay” interview, Ray touched on the disgraceful video of Diddy violently beating Cassie as she was trying to get away from him inside a hotel. As with most people who viewed the footage, Ray was outraged by what he saw the Bad Boy founder do and felt he should face some public humiliation as well. 

“The homie need a public whipping. That’s the only way it’s gon’ be right, with a public whipping,” he told Shannon Sharpe, adding, “One thousand lashes from everybody that you’ve slain and hurt. One thousand lashes publicly, 1,000 that would help. One thousand lashes made by you, somebody your size that’s gon’ give it to him. Not my size. My arm hurts. Your size, n***a ain’t gon make it past nine.”

Diddy has maintained a relatively low profile since the video surfaced, though he issued a video apology.  While he did not mention Cassie by name, which he reportedly cannot do due to their settlement, Diddy explained his actions. According to the producer, he was in a bad place when he assaulted the “Long Way 2 Go” star. The 54-year-old claimed that he went to therapy to work on his issues, though he didn’t go into details regarding when or what kind of treatment.  This was not well received by the public, who continued to drag him. 

Diddy has yet to respond to his many critics, though, with a reported federal investigation underway, it’s unlikely colleagues or fans will hear from Diddy anytime soon.
