Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly making significant changes to his living arrangements.
According to TMZ, the Bad Boy Records founder is looking to sell his Los Angeles mansion for $70 million. This off-market listing comes with a hefty price increase, as Combs originally purchased the property in 2014 for $40 million less.
Interestingly, sources suggest that Combs is not planning to acquire any new property in Los Angeles, potentially signaling a departure from the city.
This sudden decision follows recent events involving Homeland Security raids on Combs’ properties in Los Angeles and Miami, which were part of an ongoing investigation into alleged sex trafficking.
Hal Kempfer, a Homeland Security expert, commented on the raids, stating that the evidence collected included “laptops, flash drives, and anything that would connect Combs with the allegations.”
During the operation, two of Combs’ sons, Justin and Christian “King” Combs, were temporarily detained. This action prompted a response from Justin’s mother, Misa Hylton, who expressed her concerns about the tactics used during the raid.
In a post that was later removed from social media, Hylton wrote, “The over zealous and overtly militarized force used against my sons Justin and Christian is deplorable. If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they would not have been handled with the same aggression. The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young BLACK MEN is despicable!”
