JT’s highly anticipated mixtape, “City Cinderella,” is on its way, and the documentary has fans counting down the hours til Friday.
On Wednesday, the City Girls alum dropped the short film, taking viewers on her journey from the platinum-selling rap duo to her musical endeavors. One of the most exciting aspects is fans get a sneak peek into her recording process, which includes several snippets of her new music. One song that has sparked the most excitement is track number six on the project, “Lemon Pepper, ” featuring Stunna Girl.
“These Rick Owens boo, these ain’t prison pants,” JT is seen rapping in one clip, which may be a small shot at Cardi B.

If you recall, back in late 2022, JT and Cardi exchanged lethal words online, with the Bronx MC referring to her former collaborator as “Prison pants.” Their drama appears to have died down since then, though it wouldn’t be surprising if JT decided to officially address Cardi on wax.
Another track that is gaining attention is one that seemingly incorporates elements of both Salt-N-Pepa’s “Push It” and “This Lil’ Game We Play” by Subway and 702.
JT’s adoring “Juvies“ praised the mixtape, pushing #CityCinderella to trend on Twitter for much of Wednesday as the world anxiously awaits the debut project by JT, the solo artist.
