Yung Miami finally brought back her “Caresha, Please” show, and she did not hold back.
The former City Girls member opened up almost immediately into the podcast about her relationship with Diddy, which most people were eager to know about. Miami detailed their connection, which she said was quite the opposite of how the media is portraying him. According to the rapper, the Bad Boy founder always treated her well and was never abusive toward her.
Instead, she says Diddy began pouring into her after meeting him at the birthday party of QC Music Ceo Pierre “P” Thomas. They bonded over business, with the producer introducing Miami to how to build her own empire. However, despite how much Diddy helped her succeed, the mom of two said once the many allegations began coming out about him, she had no choice but to end things with Diddy. The conversation pivoted to her relationship with JT, specifically their online spat. Miami explained that there was no beef, but things are certainly no longer the same.
“If we feel some type of way, we can hash this sh** out behind closed doors. You can call my phone. We can text each other. We can cuss each other out, but once it go to the internet, I feel like you tryna get people to pick a side. You putting people in our business to pick a side, and I don’t f**k with that,” she explained to interviewer Saucy Santana.
Another revelation made was about JT’s solo career. Miami alleged she was unaware that the “Okay” star was working on individual music without her. In the end, things “didn’t connect” with the group, causing them to walk away.
Needless to say, social media had a lot to say about Miami’s claims. Some people applauded her for speaking out, while others slammed her for seemingly defending Diddy. Others also felt that many of her answers were shady towards JT.
