Rapper Travis Scott was arrested at a Paris hotel following an altercation with a security guard, French prosecutors confirmed on Friday. The incident took place at the prestigious Georges V hotel early Friday morning.

According to a statement from the Paris public prosecutor’s office, police were called to the hotel to apprehend a man “nicknamed Travis Scott for violence against a security guard.” The security guard had reportedly intervened in a dispute between the rapper and his own bodyguard, which escalated into violence.

The police are still investigating the incident.
