Tyrese Slams Ex-Wife’s Legal Team in Heated Instagram Rant—“Pray for Me!”

Tyrese Gibson has always been open with his fans, but his latest Instagram post reveals just how intense his ongoing legal battle with his ex-wife Samantha Lee has become. The “Fast & Furious” star took to social media to vent about the demands he’s facing as their divorce continues to unfold in court.

In the video, Tyrese, clearly frustrated, shared that he had just received another letter from Samantha’s legal team. “They’re requesting that I send over all of my tax returns and all of my bank statements,” Tyrese said. According to him, Samantha is now pushing for $20,000 in child support, with the possibility that it could be increased to $40,000.

Tyrese didn’t hold back as he described what he believes is a calculated effort to squeeze more money out of him. “They’ve been looking at all of my movies and all of the concerts and shows that I’ve been doing,” he explained, adding that both Samantha and her lawyers are “bloodsucking” and out for financial gain. “They over there like rubbing their hands…‘Oh shit, you know, for the last year and a half he looks like he’s been doing really well,’” Tyrese said, mocking their apparent interest in his recent successes.

He continued by criticizing the motives behind the ongoing legal proceedings, suggesting that it’s all about getting more money out of him to cover steep legal fees. “Let’s go ahead and get them bank statements over here so we can figure out a way to get this law firm another six hundred thousand dollars that we’re asking for legal fees,” he said, calling it a “dirty, dirty game.”

Tyrese’s frustration was palpable as he urged his followers to keep him in their prayers. He revealed that his divorce case is being appealed and that he’s anxiously awaiting the outcome, which is expected on August 25th. “Y’all pray for me because I am hearing that the appeals court around my case…is going to give me the outcome of my appeal,” he said, sounding both hopeful and weary.
