Judge Greg Mathis and his wife, Linda Mathis, are calling it quits after 39 years of marriage.
On Thursday, Linda filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple won’t have any custody issues as the pair have four adult children together.
Linda has requested spousal support, though it’s unclear if a prenuptial agreement exists.
They married in June 1985 before Judge Mathis became an Emmy Award-winning TV star.
