DaBaby isn’t staying quiet after getting hit with a $4 million assault lawsuit from his ex DaniLeigh’s brother, Brandon Bills.
The lawsuit comes after the infamous bowling alley brawl in 2022, in which DaBaby and his crew were caught on camera beating up Bills.
Now, DaBaby is firing back in a new diss track, “Lawsuit on a Wednesday,” rapping, “He was gangsta before, now you suin’ me, huh?/ That tough shit, he don’t wanna do it no more.”
He’s calling out Bills for taking the fight to court instead of handling it on the streets. In true DaBaby fashion, he didn’t hold back, adding, “Out the spot, ain’t want nothing to do with the whore/ Before I walk out the house, tuck my toolie before.”
In addition to the diss track, DaBaby is also being accused of dodging the process server who was trying to deliver the lawsuit papers. But even with legal trouble looming, DaBaby isn’t backing down.
