Indiana Pacers star Paul George has broken his silence after TMZ Sports reported that a Miami woman named Daniela says she is pregnant and believes he is the father.

According to TMZ, which cited unnamed sources, George dated Daniela in 2013, and she told him in November that she was pregnant. Rumors also made the rounds claiming George offered her $1 million to end the pregnancy.
What George said
In a statement, George said, “If and when there is legal confirmation that I am the father, I will fully embrace my responsibilities.” He added that it is a personal matter still being sorted out and asked for privacy. Paternity has not been confirmed.
A spokesman for George also pushed back on the money claim, saying there is no truth to the rumor that he offered her money not to have the child.
