Tekashi 6ix9ine is facing a lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend, reggaeton singer Yailin La Más Viral, who claims the rapper subjected her to physical, emotional, and financial abuse during their relationship.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Yailin, whose real name is Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz, also alleges that Tekashi—real name Daniel Hernandez—retaliated after their breakup by sharing explicit videos of her on social media without her consent.
Yailin claims that throughout their time together, Tekashi exerted control over her, even pressuring her into undergoing cosmetic procedures. She also accuses him of taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from her to support his personal expenses. After ending their relationship in August 2024, Yailin alleges that Tekashi posted intimate videos and photos of her on the X app (formerly Twitter), which were later removed.
Yailin is seeking over $1 million in damages and has asked the court to prevent Tekashi from posting any further content involving her.
In response, Tekashi told TMZ that he is surprised by the accusations, stating that he helped Yailin when she had financial struggles and is “speechless” over claims that he took money from her.
