DL Hughley is trending on X after coming for Janet Jackson online.
The comedian called out Janet for questioning Kamala Harris’ Blackness, writing, “All I know is #Kamala looks like she did when she was in Oakland! But Janet don’t look like she did when she was Penny! What the hell was in that iron??” He didn’t stop there, throwing another jab: “#JanetJacksons interview sounded like a #Trump rally! FYI!! It’s a little ironic to question whether someone is black while you’re breathing through the nose of a white woman! #TeamDL.”
Fans of Janet were quick to defend her, flooding X with support for the music icon. Meanwhile, others pulled up receipts, reminding DL of times he wasn’t exactly backing Kamala either—especially in 2019.
