For the past three years, Culver’s has made October special by bringing back its fan-favorite CurderBurger, and this year, they’re upping the ante by adding Hot Honey Cheese Curds to the menu. Starting October 15, guests can enjoy these two limited-time offerings through the end of the month.
The Hot Honey Cheese Curds debut on National Cheese Curd Day, an occasion Culver’s has been celebrating since 2015. These new cheese curds are coated in a hot honey breading that combines a bit of heat with the classic golden-fried crunch that Culver’s is known for. They’ll only be available until October 31, so fans are encouraged to get them while they last.
Julie Fussner, Culver’s chief marketing officer, shared the excitement behind the release, saying, “At Culver’s, October means Wisconsin Cheese Curds—and this year, we wanted to bring our guests the best celebration of curds yet.” Fussner also emphasized that Culver’s is committed to delivering unique and delicious curd experiences, and she expects the new Hot Honey Cheese Curds to be a hit alongside the return of the CurderBurger.
The CurderBurger, a Deluxe ButterBurger® topped with a special cheese crown made from white and yellow cheddar cheese curds, returns for its fourth year. Originally an April Fools’ joke in 2021, overwhelming demand turned it into a real menu item that now has a dedicated fanbase.
