As former “Basketball Wives” star Brittish Williams serves her fraud sentence, her ex-fiancé and child’s father, Lorenz- Gordon, has just been convicted of similar crimes.
Gordon, the former professional basketball player who appeared on television with Williams, has pleaded guilty to pandemic-related fraud. The 41-year-old Chesterfield, Missouri resident admitted in U.S. District Court to stealing over $250,000 in federal pandemic aid, the system designed to support struggling businesses during the COVID-19 crisis.
In a bombshell admission, Gordon revealed he had fraudulently secured two Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans and three Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL). The entrepreneur listed three separate companies, Logo Fitness LLC, Elite 50 Basketball Training LLC, and Elite Health and Fitness Company LLC, to siphon off $107,074 in PPP funds and $165,700 in EIDL loans and advances.
Williams and Gordon appeared together on “Basketball Wives” and “Marriage Bootcamp.” They ultimately split following infidelity accusations. In 2023, she pleaded guilty to various charges, including misuse of a Social Security number, bank fraud, and wire fraud. Her decade-long scheme predated the pandemic, leading to a four-year prison sentence and an order to repay $565,000 in restitution.
Gordon now faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. He will learn his fate on January 9th.
