Nicki Minaj has put an end to speculation that Kelsey Nicole Harris, Megan Thee Stallion’s former best friend, was hired to model her new LØCI Collection sneaker line.
After Kelsey shared some polished photos wearing Nicki’s sneakers, fans began to wonder if she was officially involved in the campaign. However, Nicki took to social media to set the record straight.
“She posted a photo in my sneakers,” Nicki clarified in an online rant. “Neither I nor my company knew anything about it until she posted it.”
Nicki explained that, like many other fans, Kelsey simply posted a picture in the sneakers on her own. She emphasized that Kelsey has no affiliation with her sneaker brand, making it clear there’s no official connection.
“These calculated, planned stories & narratives… make me feel even more like I’m that B!CH!!!!!” Nicki added, addressing the rumor mill.
Throwing a little shade, Nicki went on to call out the “clownery” of the situation and questioned whether Kelsey intentionally let fans believe she was part of the sneaker line campaign.
