Former 106 & Park Host Free Shuts Down Longstanding Rumor About Having a Child with Jay-Z [Video]

During a recent live stream, former 106 & Park host Free shut down persistent rumors about her having a child with rapper Jay-Z. The rumor, which has circulated for years, was even fueled by an old broadcast from Wendy Williams on the radio, where she claimed that Free had given birth to Jay-Z’s child in a Brooklyn hospital.

Addressing a viewer in her live session, Free firmly denied the allegations.

“Where’s the kid? You and–” Free is heard reading the question aloud but stopping before completing the sentence.  “You know I’d be reading it all the way thinking y’all got a real question, she continued. “Cut it out.” She made it clear: “Free has no biological children.”

Wendy Williams originally fueled the rumor years ago during a radio broadcast where she falsely announced that Free had given birth in Brooklyn’s Methodist Hospital, with Jay-Z allegedly by her side. Williams even went as far as sarcastically congratulating Free and suggesting that Beyoncé should send flowers.

Free’s message to her fans this week was clear: “Stop with the nonsense.”
